Multiple Roles All team members are cross‑trained and expected to perform the functions of multiple position types during a given shift. Guest Service Your focus will be to put a smile on every guest’s face. Welcome every guest as they walk in, build lasting relationships, and understand their needs, treating each as our first guest of the day. Food Service Each Team Member delivers an excellent food service experience. Whether preparing, selling, or helping guests find items, you are responsible for quality, safety, and efficiency. Problem Solving Understand teammates’ and guests’ needs, take action to find solutions, resolve issues, and suggest improvements in communication and processes. Cleaner & Fresher Maintain a pristine environment for guests and uphold brand standards, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and friendliness. Cashier Operate the cash register, stock shelves, clean restrooms, and market promotions while being proactive and reactive to multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Food Service Team Member / Prep Cook Maintain kitchen cleanliness, follow sanitation standards, adhere to recipe integrity, and oversee ordering, product rotation, and inventory management. Barista Create handcrafted beverages using high‑quality Swiss machinery and brewed beans. Handle payments, accurate change, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
