Boutique Manager- Fine Jewelry & Watches
Lead the flagship location of a respected luxury jewelry house, while partnering closely with company leadership to prepare the business for its next phase of growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily retail operations.
- Coach and develop an experienced luxury sales team.
- Deliver an elevated client experience while supporting business growth across watches and jewelry.

Our client is a multi-generation independent luxury jeweler representing several of the industry's most recognized watch brands alongside an expanding fine jewelry business. The company is investing significantly in its flagship location and seeks a long-term leader to help guide its next chapter. Location: Burlingame, CA Full-time onsite.
