The Staffing Coordinator will provide high quality customer service, achieve sales targets, and recruit direct support professionals to expediently fill client job orders. WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL * Desire to work hard and have fun in an engaging environment * Leadership experience in staffing, recruiting, scheduling, customer service, or business development * Excellent time management, communication, presentation, recruitment, sales, and strategic thinking skills * Ability to routinely meet operational objectives * Demonstrated ability as a self-motivated team player with excellent organization, time management and problem-solving skills * Fully proficient in software applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word * Familiarity with Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social tools for communicating
