Mid-Level Corporate Associate – Montgomery County, PA
A well-established law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Corporate Associate to join its corporate practice in Montgomery County, PA. This role is ideal for an attorney with 4–6 years of corporate and M&A transactional experience , including private equity and venture capital financings, corporate governance, and commercial contracts.
Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements , including stock and asset purchase agreements, commercial contracts, and other transactional documents
Support mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions for a diverse client base
Advise clients on corporate governance, partnership, and equity structures
Handle routine matters independently , while collaborating with partners and other team members
Apply knowledge of corporate and partnership taxation concepts in transactional work
Maintain direct client interaction on matters within the corporate practice
JD from an accredited law school; admitted to practice in Pennsylvania
4–6 years of experience in corporate and M&A transactions
Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
Large law firm experience preferred
Strong ties to Montgomery County, PA
