Job Overview: The  Seasonal Restaurant  Server will provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all of our guests. Each server’s primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time, they will want to return again and again. Compensation: $18-20/hr FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client's property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client's directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Your Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Accepts orders and delivers to guests in assigned area.
• Ensure friendly and efficient service to the guest.
• Applies positive communication and interpersonal skills with guests, (internal and external) at all times.
• Completes all set-up duties in timely fashion
• Welcome and greet guests. Make all our guests feel comfortable; let them know you’re there to personally take care of them.
• Provides prompt, efficient, and courteous service to guests.
• Make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.
• Up-sell items using suggestive selling techniques.
• Answer questions about our food, beverages and other Property functions and services.
• Receive cash, credit cards, member credit and is responsible for maintaining accuracy in bank.
• Performs opening and closing duties in the service areas.
• Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers as situations arise.
• Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the floor as directed by the manager or immediate leadership.
• Other duties may be assigned from time to time.

Education & Experience:

• Any combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Must be able to provide evidence of eligibility to work in the US.
• Required to have a valid Food Handler Card and/or Serve Safe Certification or obtain one upon hiring.
