The Worldwide Safety & Health/Engineering/Sourcing(WSHES) Creative team is the department that inspires our Guests and over 100,000 Cast Members globally to make safe and balanced choices through stories, humor and creative solutions. We make safety, wellness and training come alive through innovative and engaging communications that include infographics, videos, multifaceted signage and storytelling. What You Will Do Collaborate to produce videos and other digital work to support our various partners and improve our safety culture Maintain and manage assets and media files to maintain organizational workflow Partner with clients and collaborators to develop creative solutions to meet their individual needs Support of technical planning, development and production of materials for safety communications Stay on top of trends and thinking of ways to create impactful content for Cast Members Required Qualifications & Skills Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro Proven ability to work creatively with various types of cameras Proven ability to problem solve, think critically and manage multiple projects independently and within a team environment Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop Basic graphic design knowledge Previous experience as a Disney Cast Member Education You’ll be an undergraduate or a recent graduate (within 6 months of your graduation date) pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, TV/AV Production, Fine Arts, Digital Media or a related major Juniors, seniors or recent graduates preferred Materials Required A portfolio review is required. Applicants without a portfolio link on their résumé will not be considered a completed application packet and may not be fully considered for the position Eligibility Requirements & Program Information Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements: Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship Be at least 18 years of age Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program. Possess unrestricted work authorization Additional Information Must be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines This internship is a primarily on-site position - Must be able to provide a working, reliable internet connection as well as a quiet, dedicated workspace Program length - The approximate dates of this internship are January 2027 - June 2027 Work details - Must be able to work FULL TIME hours (approximately 40 per week) for the duration of the internship Must be able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship Housing - We provide limited housing opportunities for Florida Based Interns through American Campus Communities, for more information click here Transportation - Must have reliable transportation to/from work Recommendation – Print This Role Description: Strong candidates may be invited to complete a phone interview.
