Job Description BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) for our Selinsgrove, PA Nursing/Pediatric Home Care office. This role would be a mix of working directly with clients in the home as well as leading clinical staff. Responsibilities for a Clinical RN Manager: Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care. Visit our Adult/Pediatric clients and conduct assessments in Selinsgrove, PA and surrounding areas. Develop the care plan and oversee its execution. Supervise clinical staff in the field. Facilitate new hire orientation. Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff. Qualifications for a Clinical RN Manager: Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 years of hands on experience. 1 year of RN experience will be considered for a Clinical Associate position. Supervisory experience preferred. Trach/vent experience or a willingness to learn.
