Dir , Patient Strategy & Innovation lead

Director leading patient strategy and digital engagement initiatives at a pharmaceutical company. Reports to Executive Director overseeing cross-functional programs that enhance patient experience and support outcomes through innovative partnerships and digital capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic development and execution of patient engagement programs aligned with organizational objectives
- Identify and manage external partnerships to enhance patient support and digital capabilities
- Serve as liaison between Digital Human Health, Commercial Excellence & Innovation, and marketing teams
- Oversee end-to-end program management ensuring timely delivery and success metrics achievement
- Champion patient-centric innovation and drive evolution of patient strategy and digital analytics capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- 10+ years in patient support, engagement, digital health, or commercial operations
- 5+ years managing complex cross-functional programs in matrix environments
- Proven track record executing strategic patient engagement initiatives
- Strong understanding of US healthcare ecosystem and reimbursement dynamics
- Excellent stakeholder management and influence across teams without direct authority
Compensation: $173,200-$272,600 base
