Review and prevent drug-related problems to resolve potential and actual medication issues, safeguarding patient care. Serve as a clinical expert, providing essential drug information and consultative guidance to physicians and clinical teams. Oversee all technical pharmacy personnel, ensuring the accurate compounding and dispensing of medications for optimal patient delivery. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Pharmacist credentialed from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy required. Education: Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
