To learn more about us and see out opportunities, please visit our website at Job Title Crew Member Job Class Hourly, Full Time Job Hours 40 Hour Week, Typically M-F 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with possible variations to accommodate specific project requirements. Occasional overtime and weekend work as required. Salary Range $18.00 per hour to $23.00 per hour. Duties and Responsibilities Assist crews by working on the ground, handing tools and heavy materials to workers. Flag traffic. Assist line crew with setting poles by shoveling or piking; fill anchor holes. Clear undergrowth from right-of-way by using hand tools or saws. Experience, Skills and Abilities Demonstrate ability and willingness to learn. Be self‑motivated and work productively. Have physical strength, endurance and work well with your hands. Experience on a construction jobsite is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively with co‑workers and supervisors. Certifications and Licenses Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license. CDL‑A preferred. Must be insurable. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Work Environment Must be able to work in all weather conditions. Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
