Role Priority #2 Site status reporting: Daily client support metrics (how many tickets are open/which are priority) Solving and managing high priority tickets on a day to day basis

O Seeking candidates who have moved up through the ranks of Desktop support
O Minimum 2 years' experience of Executive Level Deskside Support (C-Level Executives/VIP)-
O Minimum 5 years Windows 10 (Windows 7 prior ) Desktop Support and or network smart hands (Data Center/Basic Network support) experience in a corporate environment.
O This resource must have strong current Windows 10 client support experience....and a customer 1st mentality
O Minimum 5 years End-user client -LAN/Networking support in a corporate environment
O Excellent customer service experience
O Resource must have previous healthcare/clinical environment experience.
O Bonus: ServiceNow experience.. not specifically required....


Job Description
O This resource will be a highly visible resource providing executive support and communications to C-Level Executives
O This resource will also provide executive level reporting
O The role will be daily onsite and may occasionally require client site to site travel.
O Must have prior experience providing reporting (field support/tickets)
General Deskside Support experience:
o Incidents - Software break/fix
o IMACs - Installation of software, machine upgrades, etc.
o Refresh
o Support peripherals for scanning paper and ID cards, barcode scanners, credit card readers, label printers, signature pads, Dragon dictation microphones, and RFID readers
o Experience with Active Directory
o Experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
o Experience with Deskside support in a hospital environment a plus
o Experience with ServiceNow- PREFERRED NOT REQUIRED
o Ticketing System is ServiceNow
o Tech walk-up bar at staffed locations
*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Washington D.C., DC.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $40.00/hr.
