Speech Language Pathologist

Role: Speech Language Pathologist responsible for providing personalized, one-on-one speech therapy to older adults in private homes and senior living communities. Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations, develop individualized care plans, deliver evidence-based therapy to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life. Document patient progress in electronic records, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and caregivers, and utilize telehealth when appropriate. Qualifications & Skills: Valid SLP license or eligibility, degree from an accredited program, proficiency in computer and EMR systems, current CPR certification, and ability to meet physical demands such as lifting, repositioning patients, and driving to care sites.
