Shift Times: Vary between 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Shifts are fast-paced, active, and designed to keep you moving.

Delivery Driver Responsibilities

Package Handling

• Load and unload packages (up to 50 lbs)
• Organize your vehicle for efficient delivery

Safe Driving

• Follow GPS-coordinated routes
• Obey all traffic laws
• Drive with professionalism and awareness

Customer Service

• Deliver packages with courtesy and respect (Serve Boldly)
• Represent Amazon and 323 Logistics Solutions with a focus on excellence (Customer Obsession)

Vehicle Care

• Maintain a clean, organized delivery vehicle (Excellence Always)
• Take pride in your equipment (Deliver with Pride)

Communication

• Report issues, delays, or concerns immediately

Qualifications

As a Delivery Driver, You'll Need:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry heavy packages
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
