Job Full Description Customer Service Specialist - Insurance Recovery

Pay: $18 p/h

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service or office experience who enjoys problem-solving and working in a team environment.

What You Will Do:

• -Contact medical, dental, and long-term care providers to resolve claim discrepancies
• -Communicate professionally by phone and email
• -Research account information and document updates in internal systems
• -Maintain accurate notes and track progress on accounts
• -Work toward daily and weekly goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

What We Are Looking For:

• -Strong verbal and written communication skills

• -Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• -Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks

• -Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• -Dependability and interest in long-term employment

Preferred (but not required):

• -Call center or office customer service experience
• -Exposure to healthcare, insurance, or billing environments
