The Central Services is a part of CANAL+ where you will find more than 300 employees working in several essential directions such as finance, procurement, corporate social responsibility (CSR), legal, human resources (HR), and strategy. These departments work closely together to ensure continuity and smooth operation. Specifically, you will join the financial control team within the Finance Department. This internship will immerse you in the financial challenges of CANAL+'s activities. It is instructive, responsible, and interesting, allowing you to understand the functioning of a major media group. You will master key indicators and modeling and analysis methods.

Your role and missions:

• Participation in closure work: monthly reporting and presentations (OPEX, CAPEX, CASH)
• Participation in the elaboration of the budget and forecasting exercises
• Conducting studies and analyses at the request of the financial and operational direction
• Procedures and improvement of existing management tools in the context of the flow of information between operational staff and the financial direction

About you:

• You are in a BAC +4/5 type education, such as an engineering school, business school, or equivalent
• You ideally have prior experience as a financial controller or financial auditor
• You are involved, rigorous, and demonstrate analytical and synthesis skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills
• You are proactive and organized, comfortable with numbers, and proficient in Excel
• You are looking for an experience that encourages initiative and proposal-making in a rapidly evolving sector
• Mastery of IT tools (including SAP and ESSBASE) is a plus
