As an Illusion Expert you will set the tone for the guest experience, playing an integral role in the success of the Museum by facilitating interaction with the exhibits for guests of all ages. Additionally, you will monitor and assist with museum operations, and work cross-functionally in various areas of the museum to ensure guests’ needs are met and the museum is maintained to brand standards.Primary Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesWillingness to perform the most effective role.Present a positive and professional demeanor, as an ambassador for the Museum.Ensure guest satisfaction by providing superior customer service wherever you meet guests in the museum!Have a working knowledge of all museum exhibits, to instruct guests and facilitate their experience sparking curiosity and inviting them to play!Assist guests in capturing the best photographic memories.Participate in and/or lead special events (i.e., school field trips, group visits, birthday parties, private rentals).Provide tours to guests or prospective group clients as requested by management.Maintain museum standards for cleanliness throughout the museum to include the bathrooms, the retail shop, Smart Playroom, and outdoor entryway.Maintain the museum’s traffic flow.Serve as an ambassador of first impressions at the reception area.
