We are looking for a Network Evaluator to join a growing team in Annapolis Junction, MD. The Network Evaluator will assess operational and developmental networks and systems for vulnerabilities and susceptibility to network-based attacks. This role involves identifying weaknesses, recommending countermeasures, and supporting the implementation of security solutions across mission environments. The position requires analyzing network traffic, system configurations, and security posture, as well as producing evaluation reports and briefing stakeholders on findings and recommendations. Responsibilities: Experience working in a cybersecurity or network security domain Experience with vulnerability analysis, network analysis, or protocol analysis Familiarity with network security tools (e.g., SNORT, traceroute, diagnostic utilities) Understanding of systems architecture and security principles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Requirements: Level 1: A Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, OR An Associate's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, OR At least 18 semester hours of military coursework in networking, computer science, or cyber topics with 4 years of relevant experience Degree must be in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field Level 2: A Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience, OR A Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, OR A Doctoral degree with 2 years of relevant experience, OR An Associate's degree with 7 years of relevant experience, OR At least 18 semester hours of military coursework with 7 years of relevant experience Degree must be in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field Level 3: A Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, OR A Master's degree with 6 years of relevant experience, OR A Doctoral degree with 4 years of relevant experience, OR An Associate's degree with 10 years of relevant experience, OR At least 18 semester hours of military coursework with 10 years of relevant experience Degree must be in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field Level 4: A Bachelor's degree with 11 years of relevant experience, OR A Master's degree with 9 years of relevant experience, OR A Doctoral degree with 7 years of relevant experience, OR An Associate's degree with 13 years of relevant experience, OR At least 18 semester hours of military coursework with 13 years of relevant experience Degree must be in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field US citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required The Swift Group
