It supports onboarding, systems, benefits, recruiting, and compliance to make the workplace run smoothly. Most companies expect operators to document what they do so anyone can step in.### Key facts**Location:** South Jordan, UT**Engagement:** People operations, onboarding, systems, benefits, compliance**Team:** People Operations**Years:** 2+**Degree:** Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred**Visa / export / citizenship:** Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship### What you'll doOnboarding and offboarding are managed end-to-end, from offers and background checks to I-9/E-Verify and clean exit processes including COBRA.People systems are kept accurate and current, with proactive suggestions for AI and automation to improve speed and accuracy.Audits and annual reporting are supported to maintain reliable HR data and compliance.Employee questions are answered to support day-to-day needs and clarity.Equity and payroll administration tasks are assisted to maintain accurate records and processes.Employment verifications and unemployment claims are handled to support former and current staff.Training is administered through the Learning Management System to ensure consistent employee development.### RequirementsYou bring 2+ years of experience in People Operations, with hands-on onboarding and HRIS exposure.You demonstrate strong technical skills with HR systems and learn new tools quickly.You hold a Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.You show a warm, people-first attitude and a genuine interest in employee experience.You maintain sharp attention to detail for accuracy and organization in all work.You adapt quickly to shifting priorities and follow through reliably.You exhibit curiosity and a desire to learn across multiple disciplines within a People Team.You exercise sound judgment and maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.You are experienced with tools such as HRIS, ATS, Google Suite, Articulate, and AI tools.### Nice to haveYou have previous experience in Tech or SaaS environments.You are familiar with the People Tech Stack, including Rippling, Lattice, Greenhouse, NectarHR, and AI tools.### Practical notesYou must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.This role is based in South Jordan, UT.Confirm details on the official apply page.Typical interview stepsOperations interviews usually include a process scenario, an analytics question, and behavioral rounds.
