About The Role As a CBRE D&T Project Sr. Consultant, you will manage,review, and implement large and high-profile project schedules from proposal toimplementation. This job is part of the Project Management function. Theyare responsible for the management of projects from initiation throughcompletion. What You’ll Do Coordinate and delegate work assignments to project teammembers. Manage the oversight and performance of project statuses,meetings, reporting, scope changes, etc. Monitor project progress and performance. Serve as the subject matter expert between client businessteam and the company covering information on deliverables, timelines,dependencies, and budgets. Identify and communicate expectations of scope of work andresponsibilities to key sponsors, high level stakeholders, and the team. Provide input into training and development plans for morejunior team members. Create and respond to complex RFPs for external technologyservices and estimates. Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles andtechniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovativesolutions. Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own jobdiscipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistentwith CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach anagreement. Impact a range of customer, operational, project, orservice activities within own team and other related teams. Work within broad guidelines and policies. Explain difficult or sensitive information. Work within standardized procedures and practices toachieve objectives and meet deadlines. Exchange straightforward information, ask questions andcheck for knowledge. What You’ll Need Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevantexperience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education willbe considered. CSM, CSP or PSM certification required. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examplesinclude Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyondexisting solutions. Ability to solve unique problems using standard andinnovative solutions having a broad impact on the business. Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
