Job Title: WB Team LeaderClassification: Non-ExemptSupervisor: Operations Partner, Assistant ManagerManagerially Responsible For: Assists with supervising Team MembersPosition Overview (Role):The Team Leader at Whataburger-Vibe Restaurants will work closely with Restaurant Managers to ensure all operating procedures are followed. With input, support and approval from the General Manager or Upper Management, responsibilities include screening applicants, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Qualifications/Requirements:Must be 18 years or olderEducation & Experience: A high school diploma or GED is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
