Travel Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN)This is a 13-week contract position.Days, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, with floating and call required.The Travel Medical Surgical Registered Nurse will provide general nursing care in a Medical-Surgical Inpatient Nursing Unit. The role may involve occasional care for non-critical pediatric patients. Nurses are expected to manage care for a patient ratio of 1:6.Responsibilities:Perform general med-surg nursing duties including assessments and patient care.Coordinate care with healthcare team members.Ensure compliance with BLS, ACLS, and PALS protocols as necessary.Respond to call requirements according to census flex.Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in medical-surgical nursing.BLS certification is required; ACLS and PALS certifications are preferred.Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico.
