WHAT YOU'LL DO

Perform express maintenance services -- oil and filter changes, tire rotations, fluid top-offs, wiper blade replacements, cabin and engine air filter replacements, and multi-point inspections

Work efficiently on a flat-rate structure -- your speed, accuracy, and throughput directly drive your earnings

Identify and communicate additional service needs discovered during inspections to service advisors -- supporting upsell opportunities and guest safety

Follow GM express lane procedures and safety standards on every vehicle

Keep your work area organized and your tools ready -- a clean, efficient bay supports a fast-moving express operation

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

1+ year of automotive technician, lube tech, or express service experience preferred -- candidates with less experience who demonstrate strong aptitude and work ethic are encouraged to apply

Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures -- oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections

Physically capable of working on your feet and staying active throughout the shift in Alaska conditions

Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated -- the express lane depends on consistent output every shift

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
