## WelderApply: On-Site: Lancaster: Full time: Posted 2 Days Ago: R-103157**Job Description** Boyd Thermal by Eaton is seeking a Welder in our Lancaster, PA location.**PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:**The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating Manual Welder to tungsten inert gas (TIG) weld components according to the specifications. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will have a direct impact on our operational success and customer satisfaction**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:*** Operate Manual Welder to TIG weld components safely according to specifications (aluminum).* Follow weld instructions and complete projects based on blueprints* Understand and execute verbal instructions from Manufacturing leadership regarding job orders to determine product specifications.* Perform tack-weld functions to join metal work pieces at specified distances.* Inspect and record quality requirements of finished work pieces.* Use all safety devices/tools to ensure safe operation of welding processes.* Ensure work area is kept clean and organized at all times.* Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with Company policies and procedures.* Participate in cross-training throughout manufacturing facility. Dependent upon company need, may be posted in alternate work assignment.* All other duties as assigned**QUALIFICATIONS**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
