A solo practice with a talented staff in place to support you in practicing at your best. Expand your specialty services as this location has limited nearby specialty. Directly north of Hartford, with access to I-91, Route 159 and an Amtrak/CT Rail station makes this a commuter friendly location. A quiet, community-focused town with local fairs, farmers markets and historical landmarks. Earning potential of over $200K.

Schedule (days/hours):

Monday- Thursday 8a-5pm, Fridays 8a-12pm

Responsibilities:

• Lead the day with purpose kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day.
• Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
• Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Empower your team delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school
• Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining)
• Controlled Substance License (if required by the state)
• Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Compensation:

Earn over $200,000 per year
