We are seeking an enthusiastic, high-capacity leader who is passionate about Chick-fil-A's values of excellence, hospitality, stewardship, and generosity.This is a hands-on leadership opportunity to partner with the Owner/Operator and help take an already excellent team and operation to the next level while protecting our strong culture and exceptional guest experience. Since our Grand Opening we have seen steady sales growth and more importantly we have achieved great feedback from our guest with satisfaction scores in the Top 20% of the chain—with some in the top 10% thanks to our team members, dedicated leaders, and culture.Here at Chick-fil-A Collier Township (PA) we model the saying "Leaders are made here." Typical schedule is 40-45 hours per week.
