Station Management: Effectively manage assigned stations on the line, coordinating timing and workflow during busy periods to meet customer expectations. Recipe Adherence: Follow recipes and guidelines to maintain the quality and standards of the restaurant, while also contributing creative input when necessary. Kitchen Organization: Keep workstations clean, organized, and well-stocked, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team, communicating effectively to ensure a seamless flow of service and timely delivery of dishes. Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the freshness and quality of ingredients, reporting any issues promptly. Adaptability: Handle special dietary requests and modifications, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. Requirements: Experience: Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen environment is preferred.
