Attorney - Labor and Employment

Job Overview A law firm seeks a motivated 3rd or 4th year associate to join its labor and employment practice in Beverly Hills, CA. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys on a variety of sophisticated matters. Duties Engage in single-plaintiff, class action, and representative employment litigation. Participate in management-side labor law and collective bargaining negotiations. Provide employer advice and counseling. Ensure compliance with Cal/OSHA and federal OSHA regulations. Requirements 3rd or 4th year associate with experience in employer-side labor and employment law. Demonstrated desire to litigate and advocate on behalf of employers. Strong leadership ability and sound professional judgment. Excellent academic credentials and communication skills. Active membership in the California State Bar. Desire to grow the practice and develop business. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Active membership in the California State Bar.
