Receptionist:

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Standley Lake is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable receptionist to join our team. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, creating a welcoming environment, and keeping a busy front desk running smoothly.

Position Details:

• Part-Time: 20–30 hours per week to start.
• Pay: $20.00-21.00 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday (Most Fridays off).
• Anticipated Start Date: Week of July 6, 2026.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls as needed.
• Greet patients and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Check patients in and out for appointments.
• Scheduling patients.
• Collect patient payments and maintain accurate records.
• Assist patients with questions regarding appointments and clinic procedures.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area.
• Support daily clinic operations and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional, positive, and dependable demeanor.
• Date entry and navigating electronic medical record platform.
• Previous receptionist, administrative, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred.
