Behavior SpecialistHelp at Home is seeking a dedicated Behavior Specialist to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and meaningful work helping individuals receive effective, consistent support in their homes and communities.As a Behavior Specialist, you will participate in developing and implementing Behavior Support Plans, evaluate their effectiveness, and help adjust support strategies. You will also train staff and caregivers on implementation methods and provide required documentation to Behavior Consultants.
