What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare surfaces by sanding, patching, cleaning, caulking, masking, and priming.
• Apply paints, stains, sealers, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Perform interior and exterior commercial painting.
• Complete detailed finish work while maintaining a clean, professional appearance.
• Protect surrounding surfaces and maintain a safe, organized work area.
• Follow project specifications, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions.
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial painting experience
• Experience on commercial construction projects
• Must have your own painting tools
• Reliable transportation to the job site in Pahrump
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• OSHA-10 preferred
• Full PPE (Hard Hat, Safety Vest, Steel-Toe Boots, Safety Glasses, and Gloves)
