Client Manager (Licensed Insurance Agent) 

Hourly Rate: $25.74 per hour (non-negotiable) 

Full-time, non-exempt, hourly position

Remote – U.S. Based

What you will do

Responsibilities 

• While many of our customers self-serve online, there will always be those that like to chat, call, or email. As a Client Manager, your primary responsibility will be to attend to these chats, calls, and emails. We do not cold call or solicit. Ours is a world of inbound requests from customers.
• We do not upsell; we do not stretch a customer’s wallet. Your responsibility is to the customer and to help them find the lowest-priced policy that best serves their needs. 
• Maintain and coordinate with Aardy to ensure your insurance license is valid at all times. Ensure name changes, address changes, or any other changes that affect your license are done so in a timely manner. 
• Successfully complete mandatory Client Manager training within your first 30 to 45 days of employment. 

You will have/be able to do the following (mandatory)

• Must possess a valid Producer License with Property & Casualty line of authority. Licenses with Personal Lines authority only are not accepted. License must remain valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of hire. 
• Must have a minimum of one year of insurance sales experience. 
• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in a 100% remote based position. 
• Must have a strong command of the English language (verbal and written) as well as excellent communication skills.
• Customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment. 
• Computer literate with the ability to navigate basic software programs such as Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, Salesforce, Email, etc. 
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new systems, skills, and tasks quickly. 
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task. 
• Must be able to work one weekend day as part of your weekly schedule. Regularly scheduled days off are not consecutive.
• Must have and maintain high speed Internet with the ability to connect to a wired ethernet connection. Minimum speeds of 100 Mbps download, 25Mbps upload, and a latency <= 50 ms.

Not mandatory, but nice to have

• A travel insurance background would be an advantage, but this is not required.
• Possession of AH&L Producer License is preferred but not required.
• Ability to type 50 wpm.

*This is a full- time, non-exempt, hourly position.

*This position reports directly to a Team Leader upon completion of training. 

*Immediate opening! Looking to fill this position as soon as possible, but the right fit is a priority.

*Must be able to legally work in the U.S. Sponsorship is not available.

*Must currently reside in the United States and continue to do so while employed. Schedule will be worked out with the hiring manager upon hire but is subject to change based on business needs. The training schedule is Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm EST.
