Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) - Personal Care – Cumberland Crossing Manor

McCandless, PA - Regular full-time or part-time; Hourly, Non-exempt; Evening Shift 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM and Night Shift 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM including rotating weekends and holidays.

Starting Pay: $17.00/hour - $23.00/hour; Depending on experience + up to $500 sign-on bonus

The Certified Nurse’s Aide (CNA) provides assistance to residents with activities of daily living (ADLS). Requirements for the Certified Nurse’s Aide (CNA):

• Hold a valid, current certificate with Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry in good standing.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
• Experience in Senior Living preferred.
• Experience in memory care (dementia or Alzheimer’s) preferred.
• Proven leadership experience preferred.
