Entry Level AR Specialist-Temp to Hire
Location: Pewaukee, WI
Schedule: Standard business hours, fully onsite for 2–4 weeks, then 1 remote day per week after training
Pay: $25 hourly
Start Date: ASAP
Position Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented AR Specialist to support a high-volume national customer account in the truck sales industry. This role focuses on processing ACH payments, applying cash to invoices, and investigating discrepancies and chargebacks. Communication is handled through customer portals and email; no phone work is required.
Responsibilities
- Review online banking activity and identify incoming ACH deposits.
- Match deposits to invoices and apply payments to customer accounts.
- Navigate customer portals to research transactions and chargebacks.
- Upload supporting documentation and attach records to customer cases.
- Investigate discrepancies and maintain accurate transaction records.
Requirements
- Previous high-volume cash applications experience.
- Experience with online banking and/or lockbox processes.
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and investigative problem-solving skills.
- Karmak Fusion experience is a plus but not required.
