Details\n \n Med/Surg Acute unit setting \n Night shift schedule of 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM-7:30 AM) \n 36 hours per week \n Epic EMR experience required \n Requirements\n \n Active RN license in state of practice required \n BLS certification required (AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS) \n BSN preferred \n Acute care facility experience preferred \n Epic EMR experience required \n Additional Information\n \n Deliver coordinated nursing care to assigned patients following established standards and the nursing process \n Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff and coordinate care across disciplines \n Collect and analyze patient data to determine diagnoses and care needs \n Develop and implement care plans, coordinate care delivery, and promote a safe healing environment \n Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members \n Provide patient and family education and participate in discharge planning \n Delegate and coordinate duties among healthcare team members \n Holiday RTO will not be approved \n Required vaccinations must be up to date as a condition of employment, with medical and religious exemptions considered \n \n \n American Traveler Job ID P-757959.
