Location: Logan Health Primary Care – 705 6th Ave West, Kalispell, MT Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, Day Shift

We're seeking a Registered or Certified Medical Assistant to join our dynamic and patient-centered team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful patient interactions, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and prepare patients for exams, procedures, and provider visits.
• Obtain and record accurate vital signs, health histories, and medication information.
• Assist providers with in-office procedures, immunizations, and lab testing.
• Perform specimen collection, labeling, and documentation according to established protocols.
• Support care coordination, follow-up calls, and patient education.
• Manage workload messages, medication refills, and provider communications.
• Maintain exam rooms, equipment, and supplies in accordance with infection control and safety standards.
• Contribute to a positive clinic atmosphere through teamwork and excellent communication.

What We're Looking For:

• Current RMA or CMA credential recognized in the State of Montana.
• Prior clinic or outpatient experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain accuracy in a busy setting.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-focused care.
