Overview One of our growing, private equity-backed healthcare clients is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their high-performing accounting team in Brentwood, TN. Strong mentorship from an impressive accounting leadership team with Big 4 backgrounds Excellent work-life balance with minimal overtime expectations Exposure to month-end close, financial reporting, acquisitions, and operational accounting High-growth environment with strong internal promotion history Competitive compensation + bonus + strong benefits package Responsibilities Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations Support fixed assets, accruals, prepaid expenses, cash, and balance sheet reconciliations Help prepare internal financial reporting and analysis Partner with leadership on budgeting, audit support, and process improvements Gain exposure to acquisitions and integration activities in a growing organization Ideal background Bachelor's degree in Accounting (strong GPA) 0-2 years of accounting experience (internships count!)
