BEST Physical Therapy is a private, therapist‑owned clinic offering 1‑on‑1 outpatient musculoskeletal, sports performance, and preventative care. We are in‑network with all insurances and treat patients in a modern gym setting. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations Develop individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans Deliver skilled manual therapy and therapeutic exercise interventions Monitor and progress patients toward functional goals Educate patients on injury prevention and long‑term wellness Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to optimize outcomes Maintain timely and accurate documentation Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program Active state licensure Strong orthopedic and musculoskeletal clinical skills Passion for performance, prevention, and wellness Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team‑oriented mindset with growth ambition Certifications such as dry needling, cupping, BFR, or other manual therapy specialties are a plus Benefits Health insurance available on start date of employment 401(k) with matching Generous paid time off plus 6 major holidays Mental health days Continuing education allowance and continuing education days Student loan reimbursement License reimbursement Gym membership Profit sharing of the clinic Flexible schedule Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $103,000.00 per year Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
