About the Role:
As a Cook at The Benjamin Healthcare Center, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality, nutritious meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will work closely with our dietary team to ensure that every meal meets the highest standards of quality, presentation, and patient satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
• Preparing and cooking meals for patients and staff, adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
• Assisting with meal planning, inventory management, and food storage and rotation
• Collaborating with the dietary team to ensure seamless meal service and patient satisfaction
• Maintaining accurate records of food preparation, inventory, and waste management
