This team are engaged in the full spectrum of public and private mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions across a variety of industries. They are named a ‘Corporate Practice of the Year’ Finalist at The American Lawyer Industry Awards and have worked with big clients like Arsenal and Mastercard for example.

The Opportunity:

Candidates will take a leading role in sophisticated M&A transactions and advise emerging and established companies, investors, strategics, and other market participants on a broad range of strategic transactions, capital market and/or venture capital financings, and general corporate matters. Candidates should have 3+ years of M&A, corporate governance, capital markets and/or venture capital experience. Candidates must be admitted in good standing to the California bar.
