Our client, one of the nation's largest physician-led vein organizations with more than 115 clinics nationwide, is recruiting physicians for its highly competitive 2027 Vein Fellowship Program .

Fellowship Highlights

• Fully paid 12-month fellowship
• $120,000 salary plus comprehensive benefits, CME, and PTO
• 4-day workweek
• Hands-on training with experienced surgeons
• High procedural volume with increasing autonomy throughout the year
• Learn advanced outpatient venous procedures including:
  • Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA)
  • Sclerotherapy
  • Venous Ultrasound Interpretation
  • Laser Vein Procedures
  • Comprehensive management of chronic venous disease

Only 8-10 fellowship positions are available nationwide each year.

Your Career After Fellowship

Upon successful completion of training, you'll transition into a permanent physician role within the organization featuring:

• 100% outpatient practice
• 4-day workweek
• No hospital responsibilities

• No weekends
• Dedicated procedural schedule
• Full clinical and administrative support staff

First Year After Fellowship

• $250,000 guaranteed base salary
• $48,000 annual marketing stipend

Year Two & Beyond

• Productivity-based compensation at 18% of collections
• $48,000 annual marketing stipend
• $20,000 annual clinical stipend

Typical physician earnings: $400,000-$500,000+

Top producers: $700,000+

Program Commitment

• 1-year paid fellowship
• 3-year physician commitment following training

Following fellowship, physicians provide their 3 preferred practice states, and the organization works to place them within one of their selected states.
