Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Start Date: 06/29/2026 Duration: 20 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Required Qualifications BLS certification and RN license Infusion experience Skilled home care experience (not private duty only) Home health experience with OASIS training and data entry IV skills and wound care, general medical diagnostics High‑risk diagnoses: HF, COPD, MI, pneumonia, stroke Post‑operative care Ability to wear solid‑color scrubs Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for home visits COVID‑19 vaccination or exemption with documented form Flu shot or documented declination and mandatory mask use at all times while at work Unit Responsibilities Conduct cardiopulmonary assessments and basic wound care Apply ABI compression dressings, wound vac dressings, Pleurx/Aseptdrain care Perform Foley catheter changes and care Remove staples/sutures Use glucometer, pro‑time machine, and perform subcutaneous or intramuscular injections Conduct lab draws and venipuncture Manage IV skills, PICC or midline care and dressing changes Provide SQ port access/deaccess Document in BayCare Forms, BayCare Scheduling, and Ace Timesheet systems Other Requirements Minimum of one year of experience in skilled home care (Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Commercial) Skilled home visits: 6–8 per day Flexible day/shift hours to meet HomeCare office needs (Mon‑Fri 8a‑5p, 9a‑6p, Thursday‑Monday or Friday‑Tuesday shifts, alternating weekend shifts) Must have laptop and MiFi for internet access, and portable printers Benefits Weekly pay Medical benefits – four options available Dental and vision insurance 401(k) contributions License and certification reimbursements #J-18808-Ljbffr LanceSoft, Inc.
