Document Review Coordinator

Job Description

Summary: The Document Review Coordinator will work directly with customers purchasing new homes as an intermediary between borrowers, the sales team, and underwriting department to ensure a positive home buying experience

Responsibilities

Regularly communicate with homebuyers
Maintain ongoing communication with internal staff throughout the entire loan process
Manage loan files, obtain/document customer information, and process mortgages in a timely fashion
Set up loan files, order all exhibits (i.e., VOE's, VOD's credit report, etc.), and follow up on submitted/pending loans.
Coordinate closing paperwork, ensure detailed completion of loan files prior to passing to the closing department

Requirements:

2+ years of experience processing loans
Working knowledge of real estate documentation, underwriting policies, compliance, and procedures, preferred
Excellent customer service, and strong oral and written communication skills
Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
