About the Position

Plastic Surgeon Opportunity in Western Maryland | $600K Base

Join a growing employed plastic surgery practice in Western Maryland with a diverse surgical case mix and strong multidisciplinary support. This opportunity combines reconstructive and cosmetic surgery with academic involvement and the ability to help shape an expanding plastic surgery program.

Position Highlights

• Diverse case mix including reconstructive, cosmetic, trauma, and cancer reconstruction
• Established medical group with more than 600 physicians and advanced practice providers
• Dedicated APP support and multidisciplinary surgical teams
• Academic appointment with opportunities to teach and mentor medical students and residents
• Opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the plastic surgery service

Schedule & Call

• 4 days of clinic per week
• 1 dedicated OR day per week
• Approximately 5 days of call per month

Compensation & Benefits

• $600,000 guaranteed base salary with RVU bonus potential
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to $50,000 relocation assistance to Washington County

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery
• Interest in reconstructive, cosmetic, trauma, and cancer reconstruction surgery
• Passion for academic medicine, teaching, and multidisciplinary collaboration
• Eligible for medical licensure in Maryland
