Position Overview: We are seeking a high-energy Store Manager to lead the grand opening and daily operations of our upcoming Moida retail location. We are looking for a strategic leader to build a top-performing team and deliver world-class customer service.

Location: Seattle, WA (Westfield Southcenter)

Grand Opening & Training Schedule:

• Store Opening: TBD, expecting to open Fall 2026
• Mandatory Training: The Store Manager will undergo a comprehensive training program at the store location unless otherwise noted. Details will be informed during the hiring process.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Salary: $60,000 ~ 85,000 / Yr, depending on experience and qualifications
• Hours: Flexible hours based on operational needs. Weekend shifts and holidays are required. (Prospective hours: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire and train staff as needed to ensure optimal customer service coverage
• Supervise, train, and assist employees in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and executing product promotions
• Develop and manage employee schedules and promotional calendars, particularly around holiday cycles
• Identify opportunities to enhance in-store promotion, brand visibility, and customer engagement
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensure timely stocking, execute purchasing plans, and coordinate with suppliers to meet sales targets efficiently
• Cross-train employees and support Beauty Advisors to ensure productivity and operational continuity
• Manage controllable expenses and strive to maintain profitability
• Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in retail store management (Beauty/Fashion preferred).
• Strong proficiency in POS systems (e.g., Shopify), scheduling tools (e.g., Homebase), and spreadsheet software (e.g., Google Sheets and Excel)
• Background Check: A background check is required after a conditional offer of employment is made, in accordance with applicable laws.

Preferred Qualifications
? Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in Korean and English is highly preferred to facilitate communication with our Korea-based headquarters and vendors.
