Journeyman Electrician

Offering both prefabricated and on-site building capabilities, framed and frameless building construction types, and products ranging from build kits and modular units to fully engineered integrated buildings.WHAT WILL YOU EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:The primary responsibilities of the electrician will be to install wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus and control equipment by performing the following duties:Apply knowledge of all types of electrical conduit so as to measure, cut, bend, tread, assemble and install.Familiarity with 120/240 single phase, 120/240V delta 3 phase, 120/208V 3 phase, and 277/480V 3 phase systemsSplice wires and/or terminate wires to lighting, power and control equipment.Connect power cables to equipment.Possess a working knowledge of the NEC.Working knowledge of switchgear integration is helpful.Indoor workDrive to the same location everyday (Oregon, WI)Year-round work Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.Commercial/Industrial Experience preferred, but not required.Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals.6am – 4:30pm M-Th, and up to 10 hours on Fridays.WE HAVE:A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every daynVent is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions.
