As Assistant Manager, you'll be the operations leader of the restaurant, partnering directly with your General Manager to drive results across profitability, guest service, and team performance. It's a hands-on leadership role with real ownership - and a strong next step for anyone building a long-term career in restaurant management.

What You'll Own

Manage inventory costs through daily, weekly, and monthly inspections
Place and receive vendor orders and maintain restaurant asset records
Oversee preventative maintenance and vendor relationships
Ensure cash control and security procedures are followed
Lead the team to deliver fast, friendly, accurate guest service
Coach Shift Coordinators and Team Members to raise performance
Direct efficient, on-standard product preparation and speed of service
Uphold operational and brand standards, stepping in as needed

What We're Looking For

Must be at least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred
1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience; management experience preferred
Working knowledge of P&L interpretation and its impact on profitability
Demonstrated leadership and guest service skills
Available for evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts as needed
