Product Designer (UI/UX)- Remote

Product Designer (UI/UX Designer W/ Any Payment Platform Experience)
Location: Hybrid in either Jersey City, NJ or Toronto or Remote Duration: 6+ Months W/ Extensions
Qualifications
- Drive the design process from understanding and define to implementation
- Passionate about simplifying complexity into intuitive design solutions
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of the product discovery and delivery life cycle
- Exhibits a strategic balance between immediate feature development and long-term experience vision
- Demonstrates the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders to solve problems
- Adapt to an iterative design process and welcome constructive feedback
- Proficient in identifying patterns and streamlining workflows
- Strong background in payments with an understanding of industry trends and best practices
Responsibilities
- Design the payment experience and user interface inclusive of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs with attention to detail
- Conduct user research, create user personas and design service design blueprints and workflows
- Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into a useable, valuable and feasible experiences
- Champion user-centered design experience enhancements
- Actively contribute to the evolution of our standards and style guide
