Affordable Smiles is an established, busy private family dental practice seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our team. We have served our community for nearly 20 years and have a large, established patient base with an experienced, well-trained staff.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who wants to step into a productive schedule without having to build a patient base from scratch.

Compensation & Opportunity

• 30% of production
• $250,000–$350,000+ annual earning potential for a productive full-time dentist

Our practice provides comprehensive general dentistry including restorative treatment, crowns and bridges, extractions, endodontics, removable prosthetics, emergency dentistry and orthodontics. You are not expected to perform procedures outside your comfort level.

We welcome both experienced dentists and motivated newer graduates . Mentorship is available for doctors who would like to expand their clinical skills.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone with integrity, excellent patient communication and a strong commitment to ethical dentistry . Our doctors are expected to provide quality care and comply with all applicable Texas Dental Board rules, regulations and standards of care.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Texas dental license or ability to obtain one
• DEA registration as appropriate
• Professional liability coverage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
