You will define underwriting strategy, oversee risk selection and pricing, and ensure portfolio profitability while mentoring a team of underwriters. Partnering closely with actuarial, claims, and distribution, you’ll evaluate complex risks, shape guidelines, and maintain strong broker and client relationships.
