Pay Range:$34.00 - $51.00A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Multispecialty Care team. Ideal candidates are patient focused, mission driven caregivers looking for an opportunity to apply clinical knowledge to coordinate and perform hands on acute patient care at the bedside.Position Specifics:o Department: Ministry Float / Pediatricso Core Function: Nursingo Schedule: Nights, 36 hrs/wk, 7pm-7amo Facility: St John’s Hospitalo Location: Springfield, ILo Sign On Bonus: Up to $20,000The Registered Nurse (RN)-IL Ministry Float is designated to float to units within specialty area(s) based on the RN competency level. Completes appropriate competency and cross-training required to float to designated units. Promotes and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families, and supervising assigned team members. Assures quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards, measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and standards, making or recommending necessary adjustments, and following nursing philosophies and standards of care set by state board of nursing, state nurse practice act, and other governing agency regulations.
